大家好，我是周卓然，在柴灣成長，我將競逐柴灣選區地區直選議席。新民黨主席葉劉淑儀一直有關注柴灣、小西灣和杏花邨，除了不時落區接觸市民，更處理過大大小小的個案。而我加入新民黨後，在她的帶領下，在東區服務多年。
我擅於聆聽，對於改善社區環境、處理居民求助等等，累積了豐富的經驗。我擅於表達，多年來持續就不同事宜與政府部門溝通、聯絡，深諳協調之道。我本職銀行金融專業，擅於專業且理性地分析各種問題；我大學在海外多個地方留學，現正修讀高級公共管理碩士課程，這讓我更具有大局觀、大視野。
2019年社會動盪時，我選擇站在最前線參選區議會選舉，為地區、為香港出力。當疫情肆虐，我亦站在最前線承擔起服務地區的責任，協助市民抗疫。
柴灣區是我的根，也是我的未來。我希望能以區議員的身份，回饋這片培育我成長的土地。憑藉我的專業知識和多年的公共服務經驗，我相信能夠帶領柴灣區走向更美好的未來。

My name is Nathan Chau Cheuk Yin, and I am running in the District Council Election Chai Wan constituency. Since the Chai Wan area is where I was raised and where I was nurtured, I want to contribute back to my community by serving on the district council.
As Chair of the New People’s Party, Mrs. Regina Ip has served the Chai Wan area since being elected as a member of the Legislative Council. Through her community engagement, Mrs. Ip has taken up countless inquiries and bridged the gap between the government and communities. Her dedication has encouraged me to serve the Eastern District since joining the party.
I am in a position to effectively meet the needs of our community thanks to my background in community service, banking and finance expertise, and global education. Currently, I am enhancing these capabilities through an Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA).
Despite the challenges of the 2019 riots and the subsequent pandemic, my resolve to serve our community has been unwavering. I stood firm in my decision to run for office and have been on the front lines, supporting our residents through these trials.
My past and my future are in Chai Wan. By serving as district councilor, I hope to contribute to the place that nurtured me.
