我是崔添偉Timary，很高興代表新民黨參選今屆區議會選舉。我對南區充滿熱愛，一直積極參與各種社區活動，協助居民處理事情。我相信，年輕人擁有實幹的能力和專業的知識，可以為社區帶來積極的改變。我相信，我們的社區是充滿活力和機會的地方，每個人都擁有平等的權利和機會。

我參選區議會是為了更有效地為南區爭取權益，推動各種改革和政策，提升居民的生活質素。我期望能透過區議會這平台，有效解決例如交通擁擠、環境污染等社區問題，為我們的社區帶來改變。我的願景是建設更加繁榮和諧的南區，一個我們每個人都能夠自豪地稱之為家的地方。我承諾，當選後我將全力以赴，誠懇聆聽居民的聲音，為南區爭取更多資源和支持，積極解決街坊的需求和問題。最後，我誠懇地請求大家的支持和信任。請在12月10日的區議會選舉，支持新民黨，支持葉劉淑儀和陳家珮團隊，投我崔添偉一票。讓我們攜手合作，一起為我們的南區創造更美好的未來！

I am Timary Chui Tim-wai! I am representing the New People’s Party to stand for this year’s District Council Election. I have a strong passion for serving Southern District. I have been participating in building our community and helping out local residents. I believe that young professionals can bring positive changes to our community with sensible solutions. I believe our community is vibrant where individual’s rights and opportunities are respected.

I have decided to stand for the District Council Election for the betterment of our community, I will promote reforms and policies to improve our quality of life. Through District Council, I hope to provide fresh perspectives to long time challenges, including traffic congestion and environmental protection, making our community a better place to live. I am aspired to foster a prosperous and harmonious Southern District, where we can proudly call home. I am committed to reflect our residents’ views and will strive to bring in more resources to respond to our residents’ need and for the future of Southern District. I am Timary Chui Tim-wai! 新民黨重點倡議

1.保障外傭僱傭雙方權益
保障外傭僱傭雙方權益，認為勞工處有責任平衡加強規管外傭中介，完善外傭職業介紹所的規管措施，包括提高外傭職業介紹所的發牌門檻、研究更新標準僱傭合約、增設外傭稅務寬免及設立統一平台支援僱傭雙方。
2.爭取公務員福利
繼續提出優化公務員福利措施，包括爭取中醫服務推廣至所有公務員診所，研究循公私營協作方向為公務員提供醫療服務，研究為公務員購買醫療保險的可行性，並按需要調整公務員公共房屋配額計劃的「特別配額」數量。
3.加強基層醫療
為減輕公營醫療壓力，建議加強基層醫療及家庭醫學，並考慮在地區康健中心增加註冊中醫師，探索改善基層醫療及轉介機制。
4.擴展滲水辦功能
滲水辦除檢測與檢控外，亦應提供專業支援以協助居民根治問題，包括轉介公證行服務、訂立建議市場價供市民參考。增加技術投資，加強驗測速度及準確性，建立「懸案」處理機制。

關注南區發展

5.提升應對極端天氣能力
建議以南區作試點，全面提升應對極端天氣能力，包括於南港島線車站均加設水閘等防災裝置，加強監督雨水排放系統改善計劃，提高田灣、香港仔、鴨脷洲、黃竹坑、壽臣山、赤柱及山頂的排洪能力，全面檢視斜坡維護，並完善樹木管理機制。

6.優化南區公共交通網絡
要求加快香港仔隧道收費廣場興建轉車站進度，提供轉乘優惠。171號及671號加設早上六時的首班車及七時的第二班車，滿足繁忙時段居民過海需求。

7.跟進電力公司《管制計劃協議》
積極跟進兩電《管制計劃協議》的檢討，要求政府檢視協議內容，引入服務表現評估，若出現停電需要繳交罰款。

8.打造長者友善南區
以世界衛生組織《全球長者友善城市》指引為藍本，從城市設計入手，優化南區的無障礙設施，將長者友善融入躍動港島南。

9.黃竹坑水管保養
南區社區成型多年，要求水務署跟進水管情況，定期報告智管網監測成效，查找並引入最新技術，協助居民及持份者應對食水水質問題。

10.完善「躍動港島南」計劃
要求政府善用南區既有優勢，以完善「躍動港島南」計劃，例如在南區推動水上運動發展、保育「太白海鮮坊」、完善水上交通規劃等。跟進活化黃竹坑涌尾明渠計劃，改善渠務設計及加強清潔。

11.增加表演場地及社區會堂
南區現有社區會堂不足，大多預約常滿，不方便居民或地區組織舉辦活動。建議改劃現有閒置用地以增加表演場地及社區會堂，例如考慮香港仔大道220號或石澳文新學校舊址。

12.增設電單車泊位
增加南區電單車泊位供應，建議包括薄扶林道近薄扶林村對出行人路、香港仔崇文街、鴨脷洲大街利枝道巴士總站旁凹位，以及鴨脷洲巴士總站與鴨脷洲邨巴士站之間的花槽後行人路位置等。

竭誠服務南區西北

13.監察華富邨重建工程
新民黨南區團隊跟進華富邨重建計劃，陳家珮成功爭取調整新屋邨地盤位置，減少重建對景觀及通風的影響。現在，添偉敦促當局在華富邨重建工程期間盡量減少噪音、空氣和光污染等；關注薄扶林消防局外的大型道路改善工程，將緊密監察以確保工程如期進行，降低對居民的影響。

14.關注港大醫學院擴建選址
建議將胡振中中學的空置校舍改作香港大學醫學院新教學大樓的選址，校舍的地理位置理想，鄰近原定新教學大樓選址，可免去改劃「綠化帶」土地用途，減少爭議亦可回應居民訴求。

15.增加電動車充電站
電動車充電站供不應求，全力爭取在適當地點增加電動車充電站，尤其快速充電站，發展綠色南區。
16.推進南港島線西段
要求運輸及物流局立即落實南港島線西段興建時間表，反對以華富邨重建進度為拖延藉口。

17.重建須符合城市規劃標準
密切跟進各項大型重建工程，通風及採光等方面須確保符合《香港規劃標準與準則》要求，減少對民居的影響。
18.以水路運輸減低大型工程影響
考慮到道路的綜合承載能力，建議利用水路分流南區各個大型項目建築材料的運輸，以減少對南區道路的依賴及負擔，減少交通擠塞和道路損耗等情況。
19.增加幼兒照顧服務
新民黨南區團隊陳家珮在立法會成功爭取成立「兒童事務委員會」及跟進託兒機構內發生的虐兒個案；倡議持續改善「鄰里支援幼兒照顧計劃」，包括加強社區保姆培訓，並在人手供應許可的情況下將服務對象放寬到10-12歲兒童。

• Balance the rights of foreign domestic helpers and their employers
• Include Chinese medicine as part of primary healthcare services
• Propose measures to enhance the welfare of civil servants to address growing medical needs

Development of the Southern District

• Improve the capabilities to cope with extreme weather in the Southern District
• Follow up on the Scheme of Control Agreements signed between the Government and two power companies
• Enhance and optimise the Southern District's public transportation network by speeding up construction of bus interchange in Aberdeen
• Capitalise on the advantages of the Southern District to refine the "Invigorating Island South" Plan
• Construct more performance venues and community halls
• Maintain the water pipes at Wong Chuk Hang
• Develop an elderly-friendly Southern District
• Increase the number of parking spaces for motorcycles

Serving the Southern District Northwest Diligently

• Request that the Transport and Logistics Bureau immediately finalise the construction timetable for the western section of the South Island Line, instead of using the progress of the Wah Fu Estate redevelopment project as an excuse for the delay
• Urge the Government to minimise disturbances such as noise, air, and light pollution during the redevelopment of Wah Fu Estate
• Ensure that all redevelopment projects comply with town planning standards
• Utilise waterborne transportation to minimise the impact of major construction works
• Propose to convert the vacant school premises of Wu Cheng-Chung Secondary School into the site of the new academic building for the University of Hong Kong's Faculty of Medicine
• Advance the "Neighbourhood Support Child Care Project"
• Encourage greener transportation, and increase the number of electric vehicle charging stations
