大家好！我是新民黨的蘇嘉雯律師，街坊通常叫我「阿蘇」。

父母從小教導我，取於社會，用於社會，服務社區。我從細家住屯門，由青山聖彼得堂幼稚園、何福堂小學、妙法寺劉金龍中學，到在黃金海岸酒店結婚至成為兩子之母，都在屯門。我和丈夫都喜歡登上青山山頂，遠眺整個屯門，我更愛在屯門巴士轉乘站及屯赤隧道口欣賞黃昏美景。屯門是我的家鄉，充滿鄉土情懷。

我自2012年起，十多年來一直是民選區議員，服務屯門市區及鄉郊居民，致力改善民生福祉，例如成功為寶田邨居民爭取改善窄廁工程。2023和田邨發生被雷劈事件，我成功為全邨再加強避雷設施。

多年來，我努力為屯門增加及改善社區設施，加強公共交通及巴士服務，改善環境衛生及屋邨屋苑管理，監察政府施政及執行工程，協助居民處理疑難等，盡心盡力，務實為民生。

各位屯門街坊，我是「阿蘇」、蘇嘉雯律師，我家在屯門，心繫這𥚃，今屆繼續參加區議會選舉，競逐連任，懇請大家於12月10日，支持新民黨，投蘇嘉雯一票！讓我能繼續服務屯門，將屯門這家園變得更好！更有關愛！

I am So Ka Man, a solicitor. You may call me "Ah So".

My parents have taught me the importance of serving and giving back to my community since I was young. I have spent my entire life in Tuen Mun. I attended S.K.H. St. Peter's Church Kindergarten (Castle Peak), Hoh Fuk Tong Primary School, Madam Lau Kam Lung Secondary School of Miu Fat Buddhist Monastery, got married at Gold Coast Hotel, and subsequently became a mother of two sons. My husband and I enjoy overlooking the Tuen Mun area from the highest point of Castle Peak. I especially admire the beautiful sunset at the Tuen Mun Road Bus-Bus Interchange and the entrance of Tuen Mun-Chek Lap Kok Tunnel. Tuen Mun is my home, a place I hold close to heart.

Thave been elected to the District Council for over a decade since 2012 in which I have served those living in both urban and rural areas. I am committed to improving the well-being of the entire Tuen Mun community. For example, I successfully advocated for the enlargement of toilet cubicles in Po Tin Estate; and in 2023, after the lightning strike incident in Wo Tin Estate, I successfully advocated for the enhancement of lightning protection facilities across the Estate.

Over the years, I have always worked hard for the Tuen Mun community. This includes pushing for the increase and improvement of community facilities, enhancement of the public transportation network, improvement of environmental hygiene and management of residential properties, and enhanced monitoring for construction works. I also play my part in monitoring the Government. On a daily basis, address queries of Tuen Mun residents. In the future, I will continue to go all-out to serve the community of Tuen Mun and pledge to uphold pragmatism when striving for the improvement of people's livelihoods.

Fellow residents of Tuen Mun, I am So Ka Man, "Ah So". Tuen Mun is my home, and I deeply care about this place. I have decided to run in this year's District Council Election, to seek to be re-elected. I call on all of you for your support and trust! Please support the New People's Party, and vote for So Ka Man on December 10! Let us make our home Tuen Mun better.

盡心盡力為屯門

1.改善交通配套，提升屯門通達性
• 西鐵於繁忙時段，增開短程特別班到九龍區的轉駁點（美孚、南昌、紅磡）。
• 加密直達往來各口岸巴士（B3、B3A、B3M、B3X、A34）的班次。
• 改善屯門公路轉車站的擠塞情況，在上下班繁忙時段大排車龍，乘客被迫在不恰當位置下車，造成不便和危險。須盡快增加泊位及加建第二、第三通道供巴士上落乘客，以舒緩巴士埋站的擠塞情況。
• 為保障有特別需要的乘客，於各巴士站增設輪椅等候區。
2.加強各項醫療服務，保障屯門居民健康
1. 建議於屯門區增設私營醫院，加強診治及住院服務，增加靈活就醫及服務選擇。
2. 增設普通科、中醫及專科診所及增加門診名額。
3. 增加公營牙科服務，資助長者補牙、安裝假牙與種牙等服務。
3.鼓勵生育，引入累進式免稅額
• 為鼓勵生育子女，建議研究引入累進式免稅額，第二名子女起免稅額遞增2.5萬元，第四名子女後劃一將子女免稅額增加一倍。
4.加設廚餘收集點，改善環境衛生
• 於公屋及屋苑，以至鄉郊，設置廚餘收集點，有效減少垃圾與鼠患。
5.加強區內就業
• 活化工業區，加強區內就業。

用心服務屯門北

6.改善通往屯門醫院各種交通及路標指示
• 由輕鐵站及屯門醫院各入口往急症室的沿途指示，須增加指示牌及發光燈牌；並加上少數族裔的文字標示。
• 由輕鐵站往醫院入口，延長避雨上蓋至輕鐵過路處。
• 加強道路交通標示，指引車輛正確駛達急症室落客區。
• 新急症室大樓外停車落客位置，須加建大型上蓋，保障市民上落車不受天氣影響。
• 於青松站與麒麟站之間，增設「屯門醫院（北）站」，方便到急症室及醫院；並沿途設避雨上蓋。
• 擴闊屯門醫院站的出入通道，以容納嬰兒車與輪椅及持手杖行人對行，並要求工程加快完成。
7.全方位優化屯門北交通網絡及配套設施
道路：
• 景峰：擴闊青山公路新墟段，以減少繁忙時段塞車。
• 改善屯門北道。
• 改善及優化藍地一帶及藍地交匯處道路設計。
• 康寶路及欣寶路一帶增設行人天橋直達西鐵站。

輕鐵：
• 景峰輕鐵站：增設候車座椅及班次到站時間顯示屏。
• 在兆康欣田過路處興建指示牌及行人路避雨上蓋。

巴士：
• 新增屯門北來往上水的巴士路線，全日行走。以和田邨巴士站為起終點，途經寶田、建生、兆康及富泰一帶，並以富泰邨巴士站為中轉站，再由元朗公路前往返上水區總站。提供巴士67A/67M/67X/B3A轉乘優惠，方便新墟、景峰、山景居民前往富泰乘坐該巴士路線。
• 和田邨及菁田邨（康寶路及欣寶路一帶）經屯門市中心的巴士缐，設半費或分段收費。
• 和田邨及菁田邨（康寶路及欣寶路一帶）直達九龍市區或屯門轉車站班次嚴重不足，須提早開車及於繁忙時段增加班次。
• 67A巴士增設半程優惠。
• K54長期爆滿，須盡快調整服務時間、增加特別班次及增加孖車雙層。
• K54是循環線，港鐵手機程式須將往市中心和往和田邨的預計到車時間，分開顯示以免混淆。

專線小巴：
• 加密富泰46&46X及往上水44A的班次。
• 要求增加罰則，監管服務差的小巴承辦商。

8.提升公共服務質素
1. 於和田邨、菁田邨等新屋邨，兒童人口較多，增設流動圖書車服務或社區圖書館。
2. 於屯門54區（康寶路及欣寶路一帶）增設街市、社區會堂、體育館、多層停車場等設施。
3. 增加區內親子活動及課後託管服務。
4. 增加長者醫療保健服務；加強支援照顧者的服務。
5. 於和田邨、菁田邨等新屋邨增設郵局/郵箱。
6. 於建生區增加銀行提款機等設施。

9.加強樓宇管理，美化居住環境
1. 為改善私樓管理，協助業主組織定期約見相關政府部門，商議改善意見。
2. 應用先進科技及設立專責工作隊，加強捕鼠滅鼠效能。
3. 加強區內環境綠化及園藝設施，美化居住環境，例如優化兆康西鐵站一帶綠化等。

10.加強溝通，接觸市民
1. 為更易接觸居民，阿蘇將設立流動服務車/流動辦事處，定期定點到屯門北區內，提供諮詢及協助服務。

Policy Platform

Going All-Out to Serve Tuen Mun
• Enhance medical services for Tuen Mun, such as building of more private hospitals and Chinese medicine clinics and strengthen dental services.
Encourage childbirth by introducing progressive tax allowance.
• Optimise the transportation network to enhance the accessibility of Tuen Mun. Alleviate the congestion of Tuen Mun Road Bus-Bus Interchange and advocate for the addition of waiting areas in bus stops for wheelchair users.
• Set up more food waste collection points in housing estates and villages to improve environmental hygiene.
• Revitalise industrial areas to increase working opportunities in Tuen Mun.
Serving Tuen Mun North with Heart
• Enhance the accessibility of Tuen Mun Hospital. For example, add signs in their respective languages for ethnic minorities, build rain shelters, and expand passageways.building of more private hospitals and Chinese medicine clinics and strengthen dental services.
• Optimise the transportation network of Tuen Mun North by modifying the road structure, altering bus routes, and enhancing facilities of MTR stations and bus stops.
• Urge the Government to strengthen public services like building more libraries, post offices and recreational facilities; provide more after-school childcare services; and most importantly, implement more services to support caregivers.
• Facilitate communication between Owners' Corporations and Government Departments to improve property management. Promote community greening projects to beautify Tuen Mun North.

I will set up mobile service counters in various Tuen Mun North spots to engage with Tuen Mun residents.
