尊敬的大埔區「三會」委員：
大家好，我是陳建君 Kitty，現任新民黨行政總裁，大埔滅罪委員會委員、新時代青年協會副主席，以及九龍青年商會會長顧問。建君從小家住大埔，見證大埔的發展和演變，對這個社區的優與缺有深入感受；有幸成為大埔滅罪委員會委員，與各位經驗豐富的委員共事，建君獲益良多。
建君心繫家國，曾任職政府部門及慈善機構，積極參與社區及青年活動。2011年加入新民黨，肩負起社區動員的任務，致力培育政治人才，壯大愛國愛港力量，歷年來統籌多場大型群眾活動，在各場選戰中與黨友並肩前行，輔助黨主席葉劉淑儀及常務副主席黎棟國，建言獻策，與新民黨共同茁壯成長。建君一直站在最前線，帶領黨友推進地區工作，深刻了解地區工作的重要性、多樣性，以及對國家、對香港的重大意義，讓建君決心承擔更大的任務和責任。
建君具有大局觀，明白在香港由治及興的關鍵時刻，區議會需著力提高市民的國民身份認同感，因此建君積極推動文化藝術及體育活動，藉以凝聚大埔力量，有助社會和諧。此外，建君發揮女性參政的柔性影響力，聯繫及組織區內婦女，不單服務大埔，更要讓特區政府更有效地聆聽女性聲音，制訂更完善的政策。
各位「三會」翹楚，若建君成功當選，定能與大家並肩，提升大埔力量，共謀香港的美好發展。懇請各位在12月10日區議會選舉，支持新民黨，投陳建君一票！多謝大家！
Dear Esteemed Members of the Three Committees of the Tai Po District:
My name is Kitty Chan, CEO of New People's Party. I am a member of the Tai Po District Fight Crime Committee, Deputy Chairperson of the Hong Kong Federation of Youth, and the Presidential Advisor for Hong Kong's Junior Chamber International Kowloon. As a longtime resident of Tai Po, my devotion and commitment to the district has only grown and intensified as I witness the continual development and evolution of the Tai Po community. Moreover, my role in the Tai Po District Fight Crime Committee has enabled me to know Tai Po better.
Thave a strong passion to serve my country. With my former experience working in Government Departments and charitable organisations, have always been involved in community and youth activities. Since joining the New People's Party in 2011, I have been responsible for community mobilisation, nurturing political talents, and bolstering the power of individuals who are patriotic and devoted to Hong Kong
In past elections, I consistently and unwaveringly stood by the side of my fellow party members, assisting our Chair, Hon. Mrs. Regina Ip and Executive Vice-Chair, Hon. Lai Tung-kwok. I have also been working on the front lines for numerous years, furthering the interests of Hong Kong citizens at the district level. I have obtained an extensive and comprehensive understanding of the multifac-eted and momentous nature of community work, as well as its significance to both Hong Kong and the country, and this is what drives me to take on more responsibilities. In Hong Kong's transition from stability to prosperity, the District Council is tasked with enhancing Hong Kong citizens' sense of national identity. I have been eagerly promoting cultural, artistic, and sports activities, as a platform to bring the residents of Tai Po together. Additionally, have been advancing the cause of women's participation in politics. Women can have immeasurable contribution to local affairs, and the Government should actively listen to female voices and formulate better policies.
Respected leaders of the Three Committees, if elected, I will give my utmost as a team member for the betterment of Tai Po and Hong Kong as a whole. I humbly request that you support the New People's Party by casting your vote for me, Kitty Chan, on December 10th in the District Council Election. Thank you!

國家主席習近平說：「婦女是人類文明的開創者、社會進步的推動者，在各行各業書寫著不平凡的成就。」香港有很多有才幹的女性願意參與公共事務，發揮自身優勢，讓特區政府制訂政策時能有更全面的考量，為提升特區治理水平作貢獻。
大埔的地理環境非常適合水陸運動發展。林村谷及大帽山是郊遊遠足好去處；科學園海傍、海濱公園至大美督一帶是單車及跑步的熱門地點；吐露港則是水上運動的天堂。大埔同時兼具文化藝術氣息，區內經常舉辦多元文化藝術活動。建君建議通過大埔豐富體育及文化藝術資源，打造和諧社區。
大埔由鄉郊發展為新市鎮至今，保留了鄉郊傳統特色，建君提倡促進鄉郊保育及城鄉共融。
